The Build Process: What To Expect

Site Assessment

We assess your site for its suitability for a build. We carry out a detailed survey and soil test, checking the gradient of the ground for any sloping and confirming utility connection points. This analysis will lock in final site work costs, which are the non-negotiable expenses needed to prepare your block for a concrete slab, so that the house design can be built safely and compliantly.

Finance Approval
