Jess Wells

Director - Head of Operations & Land Acquisition

Jess leads operations and land acquisition at House & Land Co, overseeing business systems, team onboarding, financial auditing, and the coordination of projects from site sourcing through to delivery. With deep industry relationships and a strong grasp of the Western Australian property landscape, she plays a pivotal role in securing opportunities, managing risk, and keeping the business running with clarity and control.

Spencer leads consultant development at House & Land Co, coaching and mentoring new consultants to build sustainable careers grounded in strong fundamentals and ethical practice.
