As an inexperienced first time builder, he was always patient in listening to what we wanted and provided valuable ideas / suggestions to our house design. My husband and I had a builder which we bought half of the block from. We were pushed into a contract and we were not clear on what to do and what to expect. However, when we had Luke on board, he totally understood our current situation and he utilised his professional knowledge and design experience to help us understand more about the building procedures and outcomes. “I had no idea where to start”
The most common thing people say to us in a first conversation is that they do not know what the first step is. There is a fixed order to building a home, and somebody should walk you through it before you are asked to sign anything.
“I did not think I would qualify”
A lot of people rule themselves out before anyone has looked at their numbers. Finding out where you actually stand takes one conversation and costs nothing, whichever way the answer goes.
“I could not get a block”
Land is the binding constraint in Perth right now, and securing a block in a busy estate is the practical thing our clients most often say we did for them.

Are these reviews real?
Yes. Every quote on this page was written by a client or a referral partner and is published on our site and our Google profile. We have trimmed some at the start or the end for length, and changed nothing else. If you would rather read them where we have no control over them, our Google profile is here.
Do you pay for reviews?
No. We ask clients whether they would be willing to leave one, and some do and some do not.
Can I speak to a past client?
Ask us. We will not hand out anybody’s details without their permission, but plenty of our clients are happy to talk to somebody who is where they were a year ago.
What does your service cost?
Nothing. We are paid by the builders on our panel when a client goes ahead and builds with one of them. No fee is added to your contract for using us, and our how we get paid page sets the whole arrangement out.
